This issue is addressed for ArcGIS 11.1 and a fix is incorporated into ArcGIS GeoEvent Server 10.9.1 Patch 3. Refer to https://support.esri.com/en/Products/Enterprise/arcgis-server/ArcGIS-Server/10-9-1#downloads?id=8061 for both Windows and Linux.Solution de contournement
- Use a hosted feature service stored within ArcGIS Data Store as the buddy service for the store's latest capability.
- - This workaround is not advisable as it increases the chance for SQL injection attacks. In ArcGIS Server Admin, click system > properties > update, and add the following property:
