Bogue
ArcGIS for Excel does not delete the field name cells in the Excel sheet after clearing the cache and map.

The current workaround is to copy the data, then paste it to another sheet using the 'Paste with Values' function. Add a new row in order to paste values of the previous first row (a simple copy and paste does not work; copy the values only).
