Applying textures to multipatch or 3D objects does not honor the 'no color' color fill.

This issue is not reproducible in ArcGIS Pro 3.5.Solution de contournement
Set the feature class symbology to 'no color' and the object becomes transparent. The downside to this is that the whole object becomes transparent but not specific sides of the 3D object are transparent.
