Applying an SSL certificate to ArcGIS Monitor 2023 results in the site not functioning properly.

Solution de contournement
- Switch back to the default (self-signed) certificate provided with ArcGIS Monitor by manually deleting the SSL file created after applying their certificate. This can be found and deleted by default at C:\Users\<user>\AppData\Local\ESRI\ArcGISMonitor\config-store-server\ssl.
- Do an IIS Rewrite: https://community.esri.com/t5/arcgis-monitor-blog/connecting-to-arcgis-monitor-2023-through-iis/ba-p/1261164.
