Bogue
Applying a filter using a date field on a map image layer does not work when the source map service is published by reference from an enterprise geodatabase.

This issue is resolved in the ArcGIS Server 11.3 Map Services Definition Query Patch. This patch is now available on the support site at: https://support.esri.com/en-us/patches-updates/2025/arcgis-server-11-3-map-services-definition-query-patch.
