Annotation leader lines created in ArcMap shift location when imported into ArcGIS Pro, even after upgrading the dataset.

Solution de contournement

Run the Upgrade Dataset tool in ArcGIS Pro.

1. In ArcGIS Pro, in the Contents pane, select the annotation layer.
2. On the Edit tab, in the Selection group, click Attributes.
3. In the Attributes pane, on the Annotation tab, click Symbol.
4. In the Attributes pane, on the Properties tab, expand Callout > Simple line.
5. Expand the Leader line symbol drop-down menu, select Format line symbol….
6. Click Layers, expand Position, and select Anchor Point Presets.

To fix the arrowhead, select Right Center. Selecting Back to Center restores the arrowhead to its appearance in ArcMap.
