Annotation in the MMPK file is not displayed in ArcGIS Field Maps mobile apps when the MMPK file includes the geodatabase annotation converted from CAD in ArcGIS Pro.

Solution de contournement

Export the CAD file annotation to a shapefile so it becomes a polygon. Label the polygon, convert the label to an annotation, and then create an MMPK file from the map including the annotation.
