Solution de contournement

When we export an animation from map/scene/globe we make sure that we draw all the details of a frame before exporting it to the video. This is done by calling IAGAnimationContainer.PutIsAnimating (True, True) method. Both the parameters passed into the method are set to 'true'. It seems that for group layers, we are not calling this method appropriately.
