An incorrect Keyhole Markup Language (KML) network link is created when an ArcGIS for Server machine name has the word 'services' in it.

Solution de contournement

Do not use the word 'services' in the URL for ArcGIS Server Manager while generating the KML network link. The <a href="http://localhost:6080" target="_blank">http://localhost:6080</a> URL works fine for the same machine.
