Bogue
An embedded video within an ArcGIS Online StoryMap will not autoplay in the published view. It will autoplay initially after being embedded within the Edit mode and then initially after it is published, but if a customer navigates away from the StoryMap then back to it, the video will not autoplay.

This inability to autoplay is due to restrictions placed by each browser to not allow unmuted videos to autoplay. To get around this, add the '&muted' parameter into the URL in the iframe.
