An attempt to activate an ArcGIS Online subscription is done prematurely before any user types are in active status due to a prematurely shared activation link, causing a broken subscription and poor user experience.

Solution de contournement

The user has to work with technical support and customer service to create a new subscription and have the requestor for the subscription activation link be the user. Ensure that the status of the subscription is "Active" and not "Initializing" prior to activating the subscription with the user.
