All the selection methods, except the 'Select by Circle' method, fail to select features on the map with scales bigger than 1:1.3.

Solution de contournement

Change the scale to 1:1.3 or smaller before using any of the selection methods. Or Change the selection tolerance to 0. From the main menu, click Selection > Selection Options.
