1) Select the offending data in ArcMap2) Start an edit session3) Run the code in FixAnnoAngle.txt at the test data path location, it will update the small two-point annotation in the selection set to have either a correct two point geometry or a single point (you have the option)4) If you like the results save edits. The code will fix the problems.
