Bogue
After upgrading to iOS 11.2.5, Collector for ArcGIS (iOS) eventually stops loading feature services from ArcGIS Server on specific devices when a user is logged in, even though the user can see the services on other devices, regardless of the type of internet connection.

Perform any of the workarounds listed below:- Change password on ArcGIS Online or Portal for ArcGIS.
- Remove the user from Portal for ArcGIS, then re-add the user and apply necessary permissions.
- Factory reset the device.
