After updating a survey, the ArcGIS Survey123 field app does not automatically prompt to update the downloaded survey when a form is opened directly until the user forces an update check in the app.

Solution de contournement

An update check can be forced with the following options:

• Completely close and reopen the ArcGIS Survey123 field app.
• Sign out and sign back into the ArcGIS Survey123 field app.
• Refresh the page by pulling down on the survey gallery page to check for updates.

After using any option to force an update check, the automatic prompt to update will work when trying to open the form directly without updating first. Before trying any of these options, the prompt will not appear.
