Bogue
:After publishing content to ArcGIS Online using the function "Folder.add()", ArcGIS Pro continues to hold onto the file, and you get this error: "PermissionError: [WinError 32] The process cannot access the file because it is being used by another process." This error prevents you from deleting or removing the file geodatabase you just uploaded.

Replace folder.add() with gis.content.add()*
*gis.content.add() will populate a deprecation warning
