After localizing ArcGIS Explorer 1200 into Czech, errors appear when adding shape files, feature classes, or .gdb's.

Solution de contournement

The problem looks to be caused by the translated ExplorerSymbols.cs.xml, which needs to be saved in UTF-8 coding to work properly. If the coding is in ANSI the errors will occur.User tested the issue with the file in UTF-8 and the AGX1200 application works correctly.
