Bogue
After installing ArcGIS Server 10.8.1 Utility Network Patch 6, the validate network topology error message, "ERROR 002981: Value exceeds valid range of column" is returned.

Solution de contournement
- When validating network topology fails, disable and re-enable Network Topology to get the Validate Network Topology geoprocessing tool to complete successfully.
- Remove ArcGIS Server 10.8.1 Utility Network Patch 6 and install ArcGIS Server 10.8.1 Utility Network Patch 5B.
