Bogue
After configuring the Group Filter widget to filter on different fields in the same layer, the widget provides only one box to type in a value in the Preset Value for users.

This is by design. You will not get a textbox for each different field you choose. It's one textbox (unless you add criteria run time) for the group. For example in Parcel Layer if I filter for Owner1 or Owner2, I get one textbox. So the resulting query sent to database is OWNER1 = 'John Smith' OR OWNER2 = 'John Smith' There is no point in having user type in John Smith twice. If the expectation is OWNER1 = 'John Smith' OR OWNER2 = 'Jane Doe', this widget does not do that.Étapes pour reproduire
