After a two-day incident completes in ArcGIS Monitor, the associated collections are still stuck in an Incident Active status.

Solution de contournement

Configure two separate incident windows, with a time frame of 1 day each. In this configuration, the incident status will refresh as expected.

To get the Inactive Active status to refresh, edit the incident window and save without making any changes. This will cause the collections to update and remove the Incident Active status.
