After a short name is changed in an ArcGIS Online organization, the 'View Organization in ArcGIS Online' link from the ArcGIS Hub Community Administration page redirects to the main ArcGIS Online organization and not the Community organization.

It is uncommon to change Organization short names, so this is prioritized for automated handling. This is stated in the documentation, https://doc.arcgis.com/en/arcgis-online/reference/faq.htm#anchor93, What are the considerations for changing the short name of my organization and what should I do after I change it? Changing the short name is intended for new organizations with little content or customization. Consider this change carefully if the organization is more mature and has extensive content. The short name cannot be changed if any member has a license checked out or if the organization has Open Data enabled. If a user changes the short name, inform members the URL has changed and they may need to sign in again and update bookmarks directed to the organization. The user may also need to manually update the URLs of the hosted content and resources, including web apps. For example, they can update the URL of the hosted web apps through the Settings tab of the item page. In the case of ArcGIS Hub, which uses ArcGIS Online as an underlying platform, there are considerable ramifications to changing the short name. Contact Customer Support for help to resolve this manually.
