Bogue
Adding secured feature services to ArcMap using the 'Add Data from ArcGIS Online' option does not display features if ArcMap is connected to ArcGIS Online Enterprise account using 'Manage Portal Connection' in ArcGIS Administrator.

- Connect to ArcGIS.com in Portal Connections and sign in with the Enterprise account to add data the same way. However, this requires adding the Organizational ArcGIS Online manually every time users want to log in.
- Add data using the ArcCatalog tree.
