Bogue
Adding a CORS-enabled unsecured service by URL to Portal for ArcGIS Map Viewer or as a Content item results in an infinite loop of checkURL requests if the allowedProxyHosts property is restricted and does not contain the service's domain.

This issue is fixed in ArcGIS Enterprise 11.2.Solution de contournement
- Add the domain of the service to the allowedProxyHosts property.
- Add a previously saved Content item to Map Viewer instead of adding the service by URL (but saving new items to Content is also affected by this bug).
- Use Map Viewer Classic.
