1. The font size can be enlarged in the Annotation Construction. However, it would be a hassle to enlarge the size of an annotation to a convenient size first when creating it and then making it small again if the annotation really needs to be small.2. The Magnification for the string can also be increased from the Annotation tab in the Create Features which appears after the annotation has been created.3. The string of the annotation can also be edited in the attribute table of the annotation feature class.These workarounds, however, require that the annotation feature be created first.
