This is tested in ArcGIS Pro 3.5, the area in US square feet of each circle is 338156866258.817444, which is 7763013.458651 US survey acres, and the three methods of performing the area calculation yield the same results.Solution de contournement
Modify the expression slightly (!Shape.area@acres!), to get the correct values even in ArcGIS Pro 3.1.
