Accessing the survey in ArcGIS Survey123 fails and returns the error message "The survey is not accessible or does not exist. Please ensure the signed in user can access this survey and that the survey link is correct." when the survey includes a select_one_from_file question with the search() appearance.

Depending on the cause, use one of the following workarounds:

1. Use the select_one question type instead of select_one_from_file.
2. Remove the choice filter and apply the filter parameter within the search() appearance instead.
3. Avoid using the search() appearance entirely.
