Bogue
Accessing the 3D scene service in ArcGIS Online Scene Viewer while the layer is still caching returns the following error message, "Scene Service is Missing Root Node."

This issue is a known limitation. When publishing from the item, the open action is blocked on the item details. ArcGIS Pro now shows a warning message indicating the cache is still being generated, and the layer is not ready to be viewed. This error message shows the cache for the service is not accessible.Solution de contournement
