Accessing a Story Map web application hosted in Portal for ArcGIS set up with Active Directory Federation Services (ADFS) in Internet Explorer, causes an infinite loop when loading an image signed in as publisher in the organization.

Solution de contournement

Any images used in the application need to be added to Portal for ArcGIS as a hosted content Item.1. My Content > Add Item from computer > Upload an image.2. Share that image with everyone and copy the Image URL to use in the Story Map application.
