Bogue
Abbreviated labels in ArcMap 10.5.1 shows most of the labels but abbreviated labels in 10.6.1 does not display them. This results in many missing labels.

The project use the Street Address Placement style. This style is meant for placing stacked number addresses at either end of a street segment, not for placing names of streets along the street segment. Refer to the following documentation for more information. Always use the Best mode of labeling with Maplex for the best results. Set the abbreviate labels to the bottom of the strategy order.
