This is a limitation in Map Viewer Classic that will not be addressed. Map Viewer Classic is now deprecated (https://support.esri.com/en-us/knowledge-base/deprecation-map-viewer-classic-deprecation-000030662). This issue is not reproducible in the new Map Viewer in ArcGIS Enterprise 11.1 and newer. It is recommended to use Map Viewer for all workflows.Solution de contournement
