Bogue
A Web Feature Service (WFS) (EPSG:27700) is added to the Content tab in ArcGIS Online and the resulting layer is then added to Map Viewer. The layer is projected incorrectly if the basemap is in Web Mercator (auxiliary sphere) (EPSG:3857).

Workaround for Map Viewer Classic is to add the WFS layer directly to the Map using Add > Add Layer from Web.
NOTE: This workaround does not work for Map Viewer.
