On setting appropriate permission to the following registry:HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\ESRI\CoreRuntimefor that particular user they can run this application. This work around was found by the user himself. He said this is not feasible for them to be changing the permissions on the registry for every deployment computer and for every available user on a machine.Étapes pour reproduire
