A single chart created in ArcGIS Online Map Viewer does not open if selected on the first click.

- Click on the second chart, if you configured multiple charts are configured. The second instance will not be blocked.
- Activate the feature layer, select layers in the left menu and click on the feature layer in the Map Viewer. This opens the menu with settings on the right. Return back to Charts in the menu and the chart will open.
