Bogue

A referenced image service with a blank custom parameter causes the print to fail in Map Viewer.

This is a bug with the add item in portal app. Users must not be able to add empty custom parameters customParameters: {"": ""} "": "" Map Viewer blocks this experience from happening and does not write this out into the web map.

Solution de contournement

  • Remove the custom parameter from the web map:

  • Recreate the item without the blank parameters.
  • Print from Map Viewer Classic.
