This issue is no longer reproducible as of April 17 2023.Solution de contournement
- Project the coordinate system of the feature class back to Web Mercator (102100) in ArcGIS Pro.
- Ensure the basemap in ArcGIS Pro is also in Web Mercator.
- Republish the layer to ArcGIS Online.
- Add the published hosted feature layer to a web map, and add to ArcGIS StoryMaps. The data now loads as expected when adding as a feature service in ArcGIS StoryMaps.
