Bogue

A point layer with a join and a specified rotation cannot be rotated using the 'Add Rotation to Feature' tool in the Water Utility Network Editing toolbar.

Updating fields in joined data is a current known issue with no planned fix.

Solution de contournement

Change the rotation setting in the Symbology tab in the Layer Properties dialog box before make the join.
