ArcGIS Pro uses the Table Of Contents order to sort layers for the purpose of transparency. The workaround listed is the recommended authoring procedure for layers like this to ensure the proper order of transparency processing.

Solution de contournement

Change the drawing order of the point layer to be below the polygon layer in the Table Of Contents.
