Bogue
A new feature layer cannot be created from Excel worksheet with changed data schema in ArcGIS for Excel, the error data already belongs to a hosted ArcGIS layer.

Solution de contournement
Copy the data, then paste it to another sheet using 'Paste with Values'. But the data will lose all of their formatting by doing that.
