It must be acceptable to disable the soft restriction, as it likely does not apply to emergency vehicles. As of ArcGIS Pro 3.5, the issue could not be reproduced by the Esri tester. Hopefully, by version 3.6 or the release that follows, the FGDB and MMPK algorithms will be identical.Solution de contournement
