Bogue
A misleading warning message, "The file may not contain the most up to date data." is returned in the Download page of the open data ArcGIS Hub site if the data is a server service.

The alert language was changed to be clearer and more descriptive of current state of the file. When ArcGIS Hub either knows that a download file will take some time to update to the latest version of data, or cannot gather enough metadata from the service about last data updated date, it returns the error message, "Downloading an updated file may take some time."Étapes pour reproduire
