This is expected behavior based on the way the View is rendered in the window. It is not recommended to move the View into another window or container. Instead, the pop-out window must be created with its own dedicated JavaScript script that loads the API along with the View and communicates with the other window via the postMessages() method. For more information, refer to https://developer.mozilla.org/en-US/docs/Web/API/Window/postMessage.
