A map area in ArcGIS Field Maps is not updated after synchronizing the edits to a referenced feature service that uses traditional versioning.

This is expected behavior when working with traditionally versioned data and map areas that is generated at the web map level. After reconciling and posting any previously made edits in the local version downloaded to the device back to the Default geodatabase version, the map area must be recreated through Manage Areas for the web map. Once that packaging is completed for the map area, it must then be redownloaded onto the mobile device. This process is necessary in order to update to a new version with the latest edits from the Default version. In order to recreate the area, choose the option for 'Recreate Area' or the refresh icon next to the SQLite Geodatabase packages for the map areas via the Manage Areas screen.Solution de contournement
