Bogue
A layer added with stored credentials and shared to ArcGIS Hub does not honor the custom basemap when viewed on the ArcGIS Hub Explore page.

Solution de contournement
- In ArcGIS Online, open the item details page of the layer added with stored credentials.
- Navigate to Settings > Edit extent.
- Set the extent of the layer and click Save.
When viewing the layer in ArcGIS Hub, the basemap settings are honored.
