The exact workflow outlined in this bug (modifying the thumbnail in ArcGIS Online and then overwriting via ArcMap or ArcGIS Pro) Is never intended to maintain a custom thumbnail. However, the workflow that Is intended to allow users to overwrite and maintain customer thumbnails (setting the custom thumbnail in ArcMap or ArcGIS Pro and then overwriting) is not functioning correctly. Bugs have been logged for this issue: BUG-000109360 - (ArcMap) BUG-000109361 - (ArcGIS Pro) Customers hitting these issues must be attached to those bugs as there is currently no intention to change the exact workflow outline in this bug.Étapes pour reproduire
