A geoprocessing tool published from ArcGIS Pro to ArcGIS Server that pulls parameters from an Extensible Markup Language (XML) file executes from the ArcGIS REST API but fails to pull from parameters from the XML file in the Map Viewer of ArcGIS Enterprise and in ArcGIS Pro.
