Bogue

A custom geographic transformation that can be added and used at ArcGIS 10.3.1 for Desktop returns the error, "Invalid geographic transformation," when applied at ArcGIS for Desktop 10.4 and 10.4.1 on a Portuguese (Brazil) operating system.
