Bogue
A 404 error is received when attempting to consume an ArcGIS Online hosted web application using the item interface in Portal for ArcGIS when the application is added to the users' content in the portal.

Solution de contournement
1. Always access ArcGIS Online referenced applications using the 'My Content' page.2. You can add the shortened URL or the bit-ly link of the story maps as the URL in the above process and that seems to work. a. Click Add Item and choose an application.b. Choose web mapping option.c. Copy/paste URL address from the "Share link" into the URL field - eg: <a href="http://arcg.is/1MDgmr1" target="_blank">http://arcg.is/1MDgmr1</a> (Copied from the same story maps application link posted above). d. Add title and tags. Then, click add item button.e. When we try to view application from the View Item Details page, the URL opens to the right page without the 404 error.Étapes pour reproduire
