3D marker symbols do not export correctly when Base Heights tool use the constant value or expression option in ArcScene.

Solution de contournement

If Base Height is created from a field in the Data, convert it to 3D with 3D analyst based on that field. Then symbolized based on the Z value in the data. If you simply want it to be a constant value select the option to obtain heights from layer source and then set an offset.
