Descripción

Esri® announces the ArcGIS 10.0 SP3 (Desktop, Engine, Server) COLLADA Compliance Patch. This patch addresses minor non-compliance issues for the import and export of COLLADA files with ArcGIS. It deals specifically with the issues listed below under Issues Addressed with this Patch.

Issues Addressed with this Patch

  • NIM073202 - Importing COLLADA files that contain mipfilter tags can fail.

  • Description: The COLLADA specification allows for the definition of mipfilter tags, and importing DAE files containing these tags into ArcGIS was not working properly. Esri CityEngine is an example of an application that includes mipfilter tags when it exports features out to COLLADA.
