Bug
The Filter widget in ArcGIS Online Web AppBuilder for ArcGIS does not filter attributes with Polish characters, such as ł, ś, ć, ż, ź, ń, ę, and ą. Only the 'ó' sign is honored and the feature is returned by the filter.
